I'm testing against https://smart.argo.run/ and it seams to go off and online regularly. Is there some maintenance being done or is it just misbehaving?

Yikes, thanks for the report. No active maintenance since yesterday, so it sounds like a misbehavior. I'll review logs; there might be an API triggered error that crashes the Node.js server and causes the container to restart.

Logs showed the server was crashing instead of returning a friendly error any time someone tries to use an expired or otherwise broken authorization code at the access token endpoint ;-) Just committed at fix at https://github.com/microsoft-healthcare-madison/smart-launcher/commit/0dad379cc4367e2de73c872ef3b838047eb08b7a which should be deployed in a minute or two. @Bas van den Heuvel thanks again for the report.
