Which is the FHIR server used by the Sync4Science Test Suite "API_SERVER_STU3" environment variable?
This is the server against which the resources are getting validated against.

We use a HAPI STU3 server for running $validate in our test suite.

The particular one we use on *.demo.syncfor.science is only exposed through an semi-open endpoint via our proxy, if you were looking for a STU3 server.
