As client apps move from consuming DSTU2 endpoints (using scopes like patient/MedicationOrder.read) to R4 endpoints on the same server, is the expectation that when a name change occurs (e.g., MedicationOrder --> MedicationRequest in STU3) that it is incumbent on the client app to request the latest name (e.g., MedicationRequest) and obtain user consent to access this new resource? Apologies if this has been previously answered.
