What's the reason for giving up the step numbers in the title of each section for App Launch part, e.g. "Register App with EHR" instead of "Step 1: Register App with EHR"?

Hmm, I don't think we do have the step numbers in the section titles -- like http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/smart-app-launch/app-launch.html#register-app-with-ehr has a title of "Register App with EHR". Are you seeing something different?

I always liked them because it’s easier to say “go to step 3”

Ah --- we could add them back, but my assessment was that these numbers kind of "fight with" the section numbers that sit directly next to them.
