When I try to do POST-based authz, I get a "method not supported" error. The authorize-postcapability is listed, though; is this an expected error?

Yeah this is expected, I noted here https://github.com/MaxPhilips/wgm_notes/blob/26/smart_v2/test_server_faq.md#scenario-3-like-scenario-1-but-with-post-based-authorize-api-call that we didn't get this stood up but figured I'd toss everything in the capability statement to fully satisfy scenario 0
