For example:
SMART specifications are ‘opinionated,’ making up-front choices about how data are represented so that developers know what to expect. For instance, every problem in a SMART record is associated with a SNOMED CT disorder code
Implies there are FHIR Observation/Condition for SMART.

That language predates the creation of FHIR US Core profiles :-) Since then, outside of a few narrow places (e.g., SMART Scheduling Links), SMART generally defers data profiling to HL7.
