Is there a list of vendors that support SMART app integration somewhere? I'm specifically interested in EMR/EHR vendors, but a list of all vendors would be helpful too.

Based on that ONC list I put together https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1C9faN7Ne0DIgrmXbMVBcff9KTotuejIEbpr4ZPE3tUE/edit#gid=0 - that lists who supports SMART on FHIR (I did not update it in a while though)
