Yes, that would be awesome @adam strickland ! We might have slightly missed a deadline but if we get a "track proposal" sketch together over the next couple of days I think we'll be fine. We can start from the https://confluence.hl7.org/display/FHIR/2021-09+SMART+App+Launch+v2 and tweak for a Jan 2022 proposal.

How did the last track go @Carl Anderson? I think most of the scenarios there are important and would be worth a second pass.
I think one topic (though I'm not sure how to make this a scenario) is to talk more about the fhirContext structure. I know Epic has been meaning to advocate for the addition of standard, top-level parameters such as location, loginDepartment and appointment. Is that something that's been discussed?
