Is there a particular IDP technology commonly used by the EHR vendors that support SMART? The additional requirements on top of the usual OAuth2/OIDC spec, like the launch parameter, patient selection, launch URL registration, extra properties in the token response, etc. all imply that the EHR must be able to heavily customize the standard flows. I assume that rules out some of the major IDaaS solutions in favor of something much more customizable.
