Has the cross organizational data access profile seen much/any real-world use yet? It seems really nice.

The bulk data spec currently uses the backend services spec: https://github.com/smart-on-fhir/fhir-bulk-data-docs/blob/master/authorization.md

(James and I just caught up on this in person, but briefly: the bulk data spec is simpler and addresses a narrower B2B use case, where there's not a user in the loop, and where there's not a specific patient in mind. It was developed for but never used by Argonaut.)
