CARIN will host a Virtual Connectathon on April 14-15. Connectathon attendees will have the opportunity for hands-on testing of the CARIN Consumer Directed Payer Data Exchange (CARIN IG for Blue Button®) Implementation Guide, learn more about the IG, and have the opportunity to ask the IG developers questions. We expect many of the major payers in the U.S. will be participating. The event is free for all attendees.

I have configured https://id.verifymyidentity.com as an OIDC server and https://smart.oauth2.org as a standalone launch patient facing API. This is an OAuth2 provider functioning as a FHIR Proxy. https://smart.oauth2.org functions as a relying party to the upstream OIDC server. If anyone wants trial accounts or to register apps prior to the connectathon, please let me know. OAuth2 Dynamic Client Registration Protocol functions on both tools in case anyone wants to give that a go. Alan +1 304.685.3137.
