we fixed CORS in the HAPI JPA demo and in the hapi cli (preflight was not working) an this was pulled into the hapi master branch. We also fixed a bug in the testpage overlay. As we are using HAPI 2.3 in our projects, and there is no 2.3 branch in the hapi repository. We added these bugfixes to the 2.3 version as well: https://github.com/elnin0815/hapi-fhir/tree/2.3
@James Agnew Feel free to use this, its not clear to me how to get this in the main repo.
