i just was affected by: https://github.com/jamesagnew/hapi-fhir/issues/1399
when posting a transaction bundle containing a DiagnosticReport.
Caused by: org.thymeleaf.exceptions.TemplateProcessingException: Exception evaluating OGNL expression: "not result.resource.interpretation.textElement.empty" (template: "diagnosticreport" - line 68, col 17)
