Is valueset expansion parameter includeDesignations implemented in hapi? When I hit a valueset with $expand? includeDesignations=true I get none of the expected synonym terms in the expanded set. Is it not implemented or am I doing something wrong? I couldn't get it to work with the uploaded SNOMED system or a custom CodeSystem I made for testing.
