hapi server: we have an eltss fhir server built on hapi that is returning most resources for a patient using hapi server, but are finding that some of the resources created/updated within a transaction bundle are not all being returned through a get using http://198.109.136.30:8080/hapi-fhir-jpaserver/fhir/Patient/patient1/$everything, is there a reason why the Observation, Coverage Resources may not be included in the returned bundle?

The everything bundle that is returned has a paging link to the next page of results. Is it possible that the resources you are expecting are on the second (or subsequent) page?
