When performing a create/update it would be great if we could validate the resource and then put the results of the validation into the OperationOutcome that gets returned.
Ideally these could go in some special header too- I'm thinking it might be nice in general to have in interceptor which grabs a returned OperationOutcome and puts each entry in a header too
