Should anyone be in a need of a quick setup using the HAPI FHIR starter project and preload it with eg. a couple of IG's as well as some custom HTML / imgs' then have a look at an example I did for a danish customer at https://github.com/hl7dk/dk-medcom-fhir-starter.
The great thing about the mentioned example project is that is has a low footprint and is easily maintained.
