Hello, I am currently a bit puzzled by a strange behavior of the test HAPI server at http://hapi.fhir.org:
When I request the CodeSystem-resource with the following url:
http://hapi.fhir.org/baseDstu3/CodeSystem?url:exact=http://hl7.org/fhir/CodeSystem/example
I get a resource with a lastUpdated timestamp "2018-09-30T15:40:54.296+00:00".
When I request the same resource with this url:
http://hapi.fhir.org/baseDstu3/CodeSystem/example
I get the same resource, with the only difference having a lastUpdated timestamp "2018-12-06T12:31:50.301+00:00".
All other data is identical. What could cause this behavior ?
