Try entering the query "http://fhirtest.uhn.ca/baseDstu3/ValueSet/report-codes/$expand" (which attempts to expand all of LOINC) and the connecting will hang. Is there a way in the code to recognize that the expansion is to large and cancel the operation (as Grahames server does...)
