Hi @Sahitya Reddy : HAPI FHIR does not come with built-in mappings from HL7 v2.x to FHIR, but you could use the HAPI HL7v2 library in combination with HAPI FHIR to build these mappings yourself.
Smile CDR (the commercial version of HAPI FHIR) does include a number of adapters, including HL7 v2.x support: https://smilecdr.com/docs/current/hl7_v2x_support/protocol.html
