On the public HAPI R4 server, posting a transction which also includes a POST for a new Patient, and a POST of a new appointment, HTTP Result 400, OperantionOutcome states:
"Unable to satisfy placeholder ID urn:uuid:1bab1321-4af5-424c-a0e1-ed3aab1c3000 found in element named \'participant.actor\' within resource of type: Appointment"
What's that? The same transaction is accepted by some of the other R4 servers I tested with..

..as well as with another HAPI server instance (may have been a slightly different HAPI server version though)
