This question is really about the UCUM validation the HAPI FHIR server uses, so not sure if this is the best place for it, but reading the UcumService documentation here, it's not clear how to enforce case-sensitivity. Does the service use only case-sensitive units?

the service only uses cases sensitive units, and is always case sensitive
