When I validate http://build.fhir.org/condition-example-f204-renal.xml.html (or the json variant)
taken from the FHIR examples (without id), and validate, HAPI claims:
"Error: HTTP 412 Precondition Failed: Code 55607006 is not a valid code in code system http://snomed.info/sct"
According to Snomed it is:

Using one of the Observation examples:

and validating (without id) I get a HAPI response:
Error: HTTP 412 Precondition Failed: The Coding references a value set, not a code system ("http://loinc.org")
Either I'm doing something wrong which I don't get (just validating regular FHIR examples) or something is broken on HAPI's handling of codesystems.
