Today I noticed that FilesystemPackageCacheManager::listAllIds is taking a much longer time to fetch the Map of package IDs, and that hl7.fhir.r4.core is now missing from that Map of package IDs. I was wondering if there were any outages or changes to the servers that might explain this occurrence? If it helps, I am using v5.0.11-SNAPSHOT.
