Good Morning. Can someone tell me how would be the correct structure to perform an AuditEvent search by entity-type = QuestionnaireResponse, also having the ID of QuestionnaireResponse?

e.g: http://fhir.hl7fundamentals.org/r4/AuditEvent?entity-type=questionnaireresponse&id=123

Or maybe by entity (what)?

e.g: http://fhir.hl7fundamentals.org/r4/AuditEvent?entity=http://fhir.hl7fundamentals.org/r4/questionnaireresponse/123

The above are examples, surely incorrect. I would like to know the correct url to perform the search.
