FYI, I noticed that when I include a target profile pointing to the latest US Core Patient, the URL that the IG Publisher puts in the HTML is incorrect. It generates:
http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/STU4.0.0/StructureDefinition-us-core-patient.html
Which gets a 404. It should be
http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/StructureDefinition-us-core-patient.html
