@Keith Boone what Martin is doing is prepping the HAPI FHIR server with the option to parameterized IG upload at start time. @Patrick Werner did your student start on the prepping work of IG submission using the client? I bet that the unfolding of the IG could be borrowed from the code @Martin Zacho Grønhøj is doing (which in turn probably wraps @Grahame Grieve code)
@Keith Boone the code will reside across the HAPI FHIR framework as well as the HAPI FHIR Starter, I believe (heads up, @Sean McIlvenna )

@Jens Villadsen yes. But in another context, he built his own cli. Will point him to @Martin Zacho Grønhøj s work. (Hope he can start soon, we are currently occupied by preparing the next release of our virtual Tumorboard software and some covid19 related projects).
