Possibly there is a bug in the default client UI:
When clicking the resource type Bundle, The type "Bundle" is missing in the link to the right of the instance "Update" button so that:
[base]/fhir//152
It should be:
[base]/fhir/Bundle/152
And there would be http 500 when clicking the "Read" or "Update" buttons.
