FYI All- The HAPI public server (fhirtest.uhn.ca) is hosted on a server farm whose SAN failed in a spectacular way last week.
Our server team are diligently working to fix this right now, but I expect that there will be some outages over the next 48 hours. Also, our fulltext search indexes got corrupted so that feature is completely broken right now.
As soon as this is fixed, I'll be upgrading to the STU3 frozen ballot resource definitions.
