There is a stream in zulip (https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/stream/226195-Covid-19-Response) which concentrates on COVID-19. If I remember correctly, there are some projects mentioned which concentrate on FHIR profiles for CoViD.

Hi, thank you all ! @Grahame Grieve @Frank Oemig to be more specific I need to follow up a patient : first day of onset of symptoms , Lung imaging performed? , Antiviral treatment against SARS-CoV-2? => All of this only one time ! and then the patient will answer a daily questionnaire about his health (fever , appetite etc..)

These are observations and or MedicationStatements. There's some discussion about what codes to use for the Observations here: http://www.healthintersections.com.au/?p=2988 but there's plenty of other codes out there - you could ask on the #Covid-19 Response track for help with other codes

In other words, no, we do have the necessary resources.
But we need medical details about the information. That will be represented using the FHIR resources in specific ways called profiles.

If you just want FHIR Resources populated with COVID-19 patient data, you can generate COVID-19 patients using the latest version of Synthea.
