I am also looking answer for this, whether FHIR Official validator_cli (5.3.8) validates the FHIRPath expressions which are part of the profiles? I am using subsetOf() FhirPath function in expression and validator_cli validating instance getting failed due to the constraints where fhirpath tool (https://github.com/HL7/fhirpath.js ) giving true for same instance and expression.
