Couple of questions. Is FHIRValidator in HAPI related to the Validator.jar? I'm assuming they are which leads onto next question. It doesn't appear to validate constraints e.g. for ValueSet (https://www.hl7.org/fhir/valueset.html) it has a number of contraints (section 4.8.4.2) - vsd-1, vsd-10, etc. @Jonathan Mew @Tim Coates @Marko
