I tried to build the hapi-fhir-jpaserver-starter with 5.4.0-PRE5-SNAPSHOT and the compiler cannot find out the JpaConformanceProviderR4 on that? Can you please let me know where is the JpaConformanceProviderR4 (or it is replaced by other class)?
