Hi, we are building an healthcare solution using an HAPI server. Is there any reason to have an other FHIR server dedicated to terminology or should we use the HAPI server for that?

up to you. Ontoserver is a more capable server than HAPI, but no reason to use it unless you need something HAPI doesn't have
