Topic: Create Placeholder references along with identifiers

We have the relationship between the resources. I mean the internal resource referencing has the identifiers in the query parameters. When we create the resource along with these internal resource references. The placeholder resources are not getting created with identifiers stored in it. How do we achieve it?
