The current HAPI server (including the one available at https://fhirtest.uhn.ca) seem to swallow the <subject> and <context> tags before saving the resource. None of the Conditions on the fhirtest.uhn.ca seem to have these fields either.

This is probably just because of a bunch of fairly late-in-the-game changes to resource definitions. I wasn't able to update our system for a while because of issues at our data centre but it should be ok now.
Do you mind to check again?

I just upgraded my server to 2.0-release and this issue seems to have been fixed. Thanks @James Agnew!
