On HAPI I, get a processing error for the following "former smoker" query:
[base]/Patient?_has:Observation:patient:code-value-concept=http://loinc.org%7C72166-2$http://snomed.info/sct%7C8517006
The same query works on Grahame's server. Should HAPI support the combination of _has and composite search parameters?
