Hi,
Bundles (type = transaction) having around 250 objects is taking more than 30-40 sec to load them into hapi fhir server 5.3 release.
Please let me know what levers do we have to improve the performance in hapi fhir. We have turned on lucene indexing. Is there any else we could do to improve the performance. Any help will be appreciated.
