Hello,
I have been trying to use 'start' and 'end' parameters for Patient/id/$everything. It's not working. Even other parameters like '_since' are not working for Patient/id/$everything. I tried it on HAPI FHIR server 5.0.2, Is this a known issue? Is there any guidance with respect to workarounds. Please advise. Thanks.
