Why does "C?" show up in http://hl7-fhir.github.io/observation#resource JSON view?
It seems to coincide with CodeableConcept but does it add anything? It's not defined in json.html. Compare with "R!" which defined in http://hl7-fhir.github.io/json.html#json (near the bottom of the <ul/>)

C? updated notation for Conditional R! but llooks like it didn't make it to XML Is either a) a new tracker or b) GG ran out of time and I suspect the latter.
