Topic: valueBoolean in Observation.component (STU3)

We want to use valueBoolean in a slice of Observation.component, unfortunately valueBoolean isn't present in Observation.component in STU3 (it is in R4, so it has been solved in the later version. But we're still using STU3). Anyone fixed this in R3 in a workaround? Is this solveable? If so, how should we do this?

Actually in r3 for boolean, use valueCoding. No need for an extension
