I'm looking into using Resource.meta.tag for supporting the marking up of a group appointment where I eg. need to mark it up as intended for e.g. people between 40 and 60 and with a certain diagnosis. I haven't seen much use of Resource.meta.tag besides some technical (mostly internal) use. Would such tagging as I just described be beyond the intention with tags and are anyone using tags out there with a clinical meaning?

Tagging for workflow processes is fine - and workflow processes (e.g. Dr. Smith needs to see this) is at least semi-clinical.
