@Lloyd McKenzie new changes should be made on the new Github repository "Genomics Reporting"? will the ig page automatically build?
I want to add some text and I can help with the issues on the spreadsheet.

@lei - best to post stuff like this under #genomics. But yes, Genomics Reporting is now the target for all changes. The IG automatically builds, though the URL is different. (I'll change the source from the old one to point people to the current one). Looks like there's a problem with the auto-publish though - http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/genomics-reporting/ doesn't look right. @Josh Mandel - is there a step I missed?

I don't think you missed a step. It's just that the last build failed. The build.log shows the following:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NullPointerException at org.hl7.fhir.igtools.publisher.Publisher.main(Publisher.java:4282)

That was actually due to a publisher issue which has since been fixed. I made an update to re-gen the IG
