I believe that following issue FHIR-12460 it should be possible to say:
- twice a day on Mondays
- 10:00 AM every other day
However looking at the text for dayOfWeek in the current build, this still explicitly states:
The elements frequency and period cannot be used as well as dayOfWeek.
I believe this sentence should be removed?
As does the text for timeOfDay:
The elements when, frequency and period cannot be used as well as timeOfDay.
I believe this should be: "The element when cannot be used as well as timeOfDay."

@Lloyd McKenzie , @Grahame Grieve , I am puzzled, because the issue FHIR-25289 claims that the wording should be changed as per the suggestion in the issue and the issue has status resolved. However looking at http://build.fhir.org/datatypes-definitions.html#Timing.repeat.dayOfWeek and http://build.fhir.org/datatypes-definitions.html#Timing.repeat.timeOfDay the text has not changed at all?
