I know we talked about this in Redmond. I was looking for particular (R5) guidance in the spec and did not find any. did I miss it or is it still TBD?

still TBD. As I see it, there are 3 options:
- define a custom header
- define a special parameter used when appropriate (when?)
- describe how it's handled in smart app launch, and assert it is otherwise handled at app registration etc
