I want to present conclude of doctor about detail of Symptoms & diseases.
Can I use Observation Resource? (use "valueString":"conclude of doctor" Instead of "valueQuantity":"Indicators")
Can I use LOINC code in this situiation? LOINC just present Indicators, doesn't it?

It could also possibly be ClinicalImpression? @Dongtu, do you have some examples of the data that you want to represent?
