Hello, for the valueset template-status-code, the code system is specified as urn:oid:2.16.840.1.113883.3.1937.98.5.8. I see that system defined in the R4 spec, but not the STU3 spec. Is it around somewhere?

In r4, it resolves to http://hl7.org/fhir/codesystem-tldc.html, but http://hl7.org/fhir/stu3/codesystem-tldc.html doesn't exist
