Topic: template cannot mark the section correctly

Hi.
I have encountered a problem when I try to modfiy genomics.html in source files. There are some template which needs to be generated by java code when running publish.bat. But the number section of example cannot be marked correctly (should be <h5> but <h3> came instead). Does anyone have idea what's going on here and how to fix issue?
