Grahame should know better :) We'll triage the comments prior to the Sept WGM and start reconciliation. We need to complete reconciliation and apply the changes, then do QA before we can publish. I'm optimistic we can get all that done by the end of December, but October is pretty much impossible and November is optimistic. (We had over 1500 ballot comments last time around . . .)
