Can anybody tell me where I can find the change log for specification from DSTU2 to STU3?I just downloaded 2016Sep version at ,e.g, http://www.hl7.org/fhir/2016Sep/downloads.html.
I want to compare the difference between names, data structure, terminology , profiles, extensions... all basic stuff to make the program compatible with STU3, but I just don't know where to see these changes :( . What I am going to do is try to compare by my own program , which is time-killing. Is their any smarter method to do so? thx

See the 'R2 Diff' tab in each STU3 resource specs - e.g. here http://hl7.org/fhir/2016Sep/documentreference.html#resource
